• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x.

• A bonus offer can be claimed only once per user, unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• If the original deposit amount is withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the associated bonus and any winnings from that bonus will be forfeited.
• Using multiple accounts from the same household, address, device, or IP address to claim bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
• cq999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• VIP Program: There are three tiers, from Bronze to Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback rates increase as you move to higher tiers — up to 0.5% at Bronze, 1.0% at Silver, and 1.5% weekly cashback at Gold.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting and playing games on the cq999 platform:

• All bets are considered final only after they have been properly confirmed. Bets may be voided due to technical errors.

Intellectual Property Rights

3. Step 3 — Final Decision: Resolution of the dispute through a neutral third party, by mutual agreement of both parties, will be considered as an option.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, cq999's server logs will be considered the final evidence.

Amendments & Contact

cq999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of amendments:

• The updated Terms and Conditions will be published on the platform and will take effect from the date of publication.
• For significant changes, registered users will be notified in advance where possible.
• Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
